Welcome to Panchamaveda

We welcome you to “Panchamaveda '', an organic farm and dairy nestled in Guddahatti, a border village between Shivamogga and Chikkamagaluru districts, the two crown jewels of the Western Ghats.

Our 26-acre organic farm is blessed with around 50 desi cows, which play a central role in sustainability of the organic farm. Panchamaveda has strips of natural and man-made forests and the farm also has cultivated bamboo of commercial value on an experimental basis.

An organic Milk Diary

Why Choose Us?

We are very skilled in dairy farming

Nature’s gift in its purest form

Panchamaveda sells our farm produced and processed products along with collaborative products, but we don't sell third party/procured products. Despite organic foods being in high demand, we don’t intend to commercialise our products by increasing production capacity as it doesn’t go hand in hand with our philosophy of organic food production in natural ways. Hence, all our products are sold on demand to the consumers with such preference and are not available on the store shelf every time.

Pesticide Free

Fertiliser-free

No Homogization

 Antibiotic-free

"Amritam Vai gvam khriramityah tridshadhip , tasmad dadatim yo dhenumamatrim sa Praychhti”.

(Mahabharatha Anu.65-46)

“Cow’s milk is Amrita. This has been stated by Indra, the king of gods. Therefore, if one donates a cow, he donates Amrita”. (*)

“Raj Nighantu”, an authoritative treatise on “Ayurveda” also describes milk as Amrita or Piyush. Panchamaveda milk is natural and free from all types of adulteration and modifications.

How we are different?

Philosophy behind Panchamaveda

At Panchamaveda, we strive to live a natural way of life. But it’s unfortunate that today this natural and organic way of life needs a certificate of authenticity.

Panchamaveda’s primary goal is also to reverse this digression and encourage others to follow organic agricultural practises and make this way of life as the new normal.

RAMA - The Patriarch

At Panchamaveda we let the natural cycle of insemination take its course and hence don’t artificially inseminate our cows. Our dairy’s bull (RAMA) belongs to the famous cattle breed of India, GIR. Cows belonging to this Gir breed make notable contributions to the complete milk manufacturing process for Panchamaveda.
