Shipping, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Shipping Policy:

We usually ship the product within 2 working days after receiving the order and try and deliver them within 10 working days.

 

Cancellation Policy:

As per our policy no cancellation of orders is allowed after placing the orders. However returns are accepted as per our return policy. Refunds, if applicable, shall be initiated within 10 working days from the date of acceptance of the returns of goods as per standard policy. The returns it will be processed through same mode within 10 working days


Returns:

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Is a different product from what was ordered

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in their original package. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/SMS to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 15 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your Bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
