Unpasteurised! - Yes.. while milking itself we transfer the milk to chiller to arrest the bacterial growth
Non-standardised! - No addition or removal of milk fat content, which is usually done to bring uniformity in the milk
Non-homogenised! - Yes, we don’t tamper with milk for visual aesthetics. Since it is non-homogenised, when refrigerated, small fat granules can be seen in the milk.
